Unsuccessful upgrade

I applied for my upgrade online at beginning of Dec 13 and no one contacted me so I then phoned the upgrade dept. No-one told me the third party policy so the phone was to be delivered to my home where there is always somebody there. Ram tried to deliver it 2 x bu to no avail because I was not at home. The phone was returned to the warehouse. I phoned on Mon to sort it out and was told that the upgrade had to be cancelled so that a new upgrade could be issued and that I would receive an SMS to that effect. Well I am still waiting, I am tired of being pushed from pillar to post. Can somebody please make sure that the upgrade has been cancelled and that a new upgrade is issued. I spoke to Timothy in the Upgrade Dept. He was very helpful but could not cancel the upgrade.
