Hi Mantoa, According to my previous complaint (Req : 2659049), MTN Charged me with the upgrade Fee twice. when I questioned MTN reversed the first one only. But my argument is I must not be charged the upgrade fee even for once. I wanted both upgrade charges to be reversed. As I have taken the upgrade through website, I was assured by the consultant that there will be no upgrade fee at all. First One is reversed but second one needs to be reversed. That is my concern. Plz reverse the second upgrade fee also. You replied to me saying the account is showing a reversal already. It was for the first one. Please make sure that the second one also to be reversed as I was assured by the consultant. Hope you understand. NO Upgrade Fee to be charged at all. Thanks in Advance.
