On Friday i was notified that the iPhone 5s had just been released from Vodacom, I had been delaying my upgrade for this release & had gone through the whole pre registration process prior to Friday.
After doing the online application for the upgrade to the iPhone 5s i was shortly afterwards contacted by the call centre & did the whole application process again, the consultant advised that they did not have the 32 Gig phone I initially wanted in stock, but they could offer me the 16gb version, to which i agreed.i was advised that next day delivery would not be possible as it was Friday and i could inquire with RAM on Monday morning, which i did, RAM had no record of such and order and on further inspection of my order on [URL Removed] i noted my upgrade was on back order. If the service consultant had told me this would be the case i would NOT have proceeded with the upgrade!! this morning i called the handset upgrade department to inquire on what was happening and was given the 'sorry the system is slow' can i call you back. lets juts say if i held my breath since then there would be a tombstone with my name on it.i want to cancel the upgrade and seek a more proficient service provide
