CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I took out a new contract at the Cresta branch on the 9th of November however due to the service levels not being up to scratch I decided to cancel this contract last Friday 15th November and have been given the run around ever since. The tablet has been given back to the store manager Tasia last Friday and I called her again yesterday to confirm cancellation but was told she is liaising with 'Blaine" don't know who that is and would not give me his contact details but sent me a email confirmation that they will not cancel this contract in store I must cancel this with head office... I did this on Friday and Head office does not want to cancel this either saying I must go to the store to do the cancellation.
As I consumer I am been passed from pillar to post... at my expense!!! I want this contract cancelled!!
