I am trying to cancel my contract with Planet Fitness Centurion (Hennopsview).
After numerous phone calls and emails, Nicoline Booysen promised me that she will cancel my contract for me on Friday 11 January 2013 before end on business day and send me a confirmation email. I phoned her today (Monday 14 January 2013) to confirm the cancellation, because I did not receive the email on friday, just to find out that she is on leave for a week.
This means that my cancellation will be delayed and that I will probably wll have to pay another month's contract fee.
Please assist me with this ASAP.
