MY SISTER WAS TRANSFERED TO BRITS HOSPITAL FROM LETLHABILE CLINIC AND SHE DIDNT TAKE HER CELLPHONE WITH SO I CALLED THE HOSPITAL TO FIND OUT HOW SHE IS AND IF SHE WAS ASSISTED THEN I GOT THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE PERSON ON THE PHONE
FIRSTLY I DIDNT KNOW IT WAS A PROBLEM TO CHECK ON A FAMILY MEMBER
I DIDNT KNOW I WAS WRONG FOR WANTING FOR FIND OUT IF MY SISTER ARRIVED SAFELY, IF SHE HAS BEEN ASSISTED, OR FIND OUT HOW SHE IS RECOVERING
I WORK WITH CLIENTS EVERY SINGLE DAY AND I WOULD NEVER ADDRESS ANYONE IN THAT MANNER
BEFORE EVEN ASKING FOR MY SISTER'S NAME SHE WAS ALREADY SAYING THERE IS NO WAY SHE IS NOT ASSISTED AND SHE IS IN THE HOSPITAL I FIND THAT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THAT IS NOT HOW YOU ANSWER OTHER PEOPLE, SHE WAS SPEAKING IN A VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING MANNER
