NO CANCELLATION AFTER CONFIRMATION OF CANCELLATION

I ordered a phone from vodacom online on 26 Nov 2013. My delivery details were swopped with someone elses and I did not receive the package. Because the process was so long, I cancelled the contract on 2 Dec and I've been struggling ever since. I am trying to open a contract in the store but they can't validate me because my request is pending online after so many calls! I escalated the call on Facebook. Got confirmation on Tuesday that it was cancelled and that I could go to the store only to find out ITS NOT DONE! The package is apparently waiting delivery!! Why?? And to whom since my details are NOT on that package!!! I am furious!! Get this cancelled Vodacom! It's been 3 weeks! I'm wasting time and money for YOUR mistakes!!! I received the tracking number today! Cancel it! Cancel! Cancel! Cancel!
