Pathetic Service!!!

I think Cell C should rethink their advertising because just come into a store and you will be assisted there and then. This does obviously apply to the Cresta store. Or perhaps it's the head office that are so incompetent, never the less we have been trying for a month to have a contract cancelled & keep the number. Completed the relevant papers then when I queried if there will be a cancellation fee because the contract only expires in a few months I was told NO!! all would be done within 2 days. Then when I queried the progress I will told I need to pay a cancellation very acceptable. I then again I was told to complete the same form again what happened to the original one!!! Then I was told I can not pay at the store using a card. But I need to an EFT Really!!! Cell C Really!!! No card facilities. Did the EFT took the POP into the store, only to be told because top up had occurred, month before cancellation would take place. Now today I queried the cancellation only to be told it has not & by the way do I still have a copy of the POP. I can't believe it is so difficult to cancel a contract but keep your number. This is absolutely pathetic
