I once had a loan from Capitec Bank in 2015, which faltered and as a result, was handed over to A Van Der Walt Attorneys in PIET RETIEF 2380. for collection, their contact No 017 8242300, I was then garnished for this matter as per Their reference No HQQ35463 Case No 597/15.
On 25 March 2021, I received a cancellation letter from them canceling their garnishee order, however, up until today this matter still hangs in my profile at Capitec Bank, hence requesting the clearance certificate on the matter as it was fully paid.
