I cancelled my contract on the 18th Dec 2012. I was told i would receive confirmation of the cancellation but still have not received any. I have gone into my branch 3 times and the receptionists have told me that they are waiting for Head Office and their systems are offline. I try phone in and they give me the same story. I add a stop order to cancel my debit orders by my gym amount changed by 1 cent and this bypasses my cancellation!!! This is unacceptable!! I want my money back and my contract to be cancelled!!
