I reported a bad network signal related problem on 31 July 2013 (this was almost 4 Months ago!!!). After that I have reported the problem on 6 November @11:30, on 8 November @ 11:20, and on 18 November @ 14:09. Reference numbers: 6887989 and 105923941. I was told that I can cancel this contract with no penalty because I pay for a service that I can not use. I was told several times that the cancellation documentation will be send to me... All a F$#@^& lie. I am still paying for this pathetic service and no one is doing anything about this problem. Maybe something will be done if I report this to Speakout or to the Consumers Commission???
