Service request numbers S3-SHV2E-ETGH5 and S3-TVSC6-6QIA Reporting of bad signal with voice calls reported in March 2013 was told upgrades happening in the area will be finished April 2013. Bad signal 60% of the time no signal 10% of the time. Intermittent data signal since June 2013 followed up every week and every time was told someone would be sent out. Service request was escalated on 9 July 2013 and I was told that the problem will be fixed within 14 days still having problem. Signal problems occur on three devices and MTN iPad works no problem.
