I received my e-statement the 23rd of October 2013.I was overcharged and phoned the customer care number. I spoke to an agent to report the problem and was told my reference number is 304918 as it is refered to the accounts department. Following day I phone again to find out no such reference numbers and reported the problem again with reference number A131023946.Problem is going to be reported to accounts department again. I phone the 11th of November -I was told it take 7-14 days for query to be resolved- just to find out nothing has been done on this reference number but an email will be send to the accounts department to find out what is going on. This is by far the poorest service I have received. I will most defenately not refer anyone looking for a cellphone contract to Autopage as they are quick to charge you and debit your bank account but if they owe you money this can take forever!!!
