From April Mobimoola has been taking money from my fnb account 62295079414, and sometimes they take two or three times in a month and the worst part is in September they took R600.00 from my bank account. I did send them mail at their clientcare on 11/11/13 requesting that they must please refund me all the money taken from my bank account or else I have to go to the media they will assist me. I once 'request R500 from them and before they gave me that money they have been deducting R99.00 monthly and since then i have never requested any money from them, and according to them they took more than R1000.00 that i need them to put it back to my account.
