Linked complaint to reference 3091301659 & 3102400413 & 3090201635
For the above reference numbers I struggled for over 7 weeks to get them to acknowledge their lack of signal in my area. They finally offered me one months free subscription and promised to have the signal tower upgraded at the end of November. So I said to Blanch look my wife is also on CELL C (CONTRACT ON MY MOMS NAME) and she has it even worse as she is a housewife so she virtually has no signal all day. She gave me a email address to send a new request for my wifes issue. This I done (cc'ing Blanch) on the 25th October & AGAIN on the 3rd November & AGAIN on the 10th November & AGAIN on the 14th November.
Cell C is a joke. Their customer service is a joke. Their staff seems to tow the line of being JOKES aswell!!!
When my contract is up it will be BYE BYE Cell C and by I will spread the word of their total incompetence...
