On the 5 November 2013 I reported to Telkom that our landline service was out of order and on the same day received the following reference number as confirmation that the call had been logged and is being attended to. Service id 0219315755 and Ref no 706CWZ051113. On 7 November I was advised that it was a cable related fault on the line and investigations were ongoing. On 11, 13 and 15 November I received sms messages to indicated that the fault was being investigated. On 20 November I was advised that due to repeated of cable Telkom would not be replacing the cable and will contact me with an alternative solution within 30 days. This was mid November and that was the last I heard from them.
Several attempts via sms, email and via their online service resulted in the same response ' the fault has already been reported on this telephone number. The reference number is 706CWZ051113'
Please advise how I can get some kind of further response from Telkom relating to this problems.
