Extremely bad sevice

Just upgraded to new contract and around 2 weeks in the phone was faulty and needed to be replaced. Spoke to Centurion branch which helped me phone Midrand and was told that a replcement phone was available and they will keep one out for me. Cancelled business trip and went next morning to collect phone. When arrived was told phone not kept out, no stock and busy with stocktake so they can't help. Was promised replacement from warehouse delivered next Tuesday while I am on Business trip to Durban. Not arrived and no feedback. Was phoned by salesman to say he can't say why I didn't get phone and to contact him. Phoned numerous times and left numerous to no avail. Also left message to get phone delivered and still waiting. Was told they will get manager to contact me and it is now nearly 3 weeks to be contacted by a Tom just to have him tell me he has no knowledge of my case but was just given number to call me. Had enough of people promising things and not delivering. Also to be told I can't cancel the contract of upgrade of which I haven't had the phone for nearly 3 weeks. This after being a client for past 13 years.
