Very poor service

This is the second time that i am making the mistake of using 8ta. The first time I got a wifi stick but needed to wait 3 weeks to get it because they where out of stock.

This time I applied for the S4 on the 10th of October they told me in store that they do not have stock that day but will get the next day then i can have my phone. No one contacted me back

On Monday I phoned and asked what is happening they told me the contract was approved but they dont have stock, they didnt even know where their stock where at. She promised to phone me before the close of business day, no one phoned.

Yesterday I phoned again and requested feedback, they told me they have a phone and i can go and get it. I just got in my car 5 min later when they phone again and said "O no sorry the phone has gone to someone else, but they will get stock today then i can get my phone"

Again I phoned this morning, firstly she told me to hold on then she put the phone down in my ear. I phoned back she claimed she was with a client and put the phone down in my ear again.

I think i will cancel the contract now and go the the phone somewhere else
