My ADSL line has been down for 2 weeks, but the Telkom technician refuses to come out to my house after 3:30PM because she is allowed to "knock off at 4", so I will be inconveniencing her.
My line will never be fixed because she is not willing to come to my house after 3:30PM, even after I make special arrangements to leave my work early.
