Poor service at Constantia Shopping Centre Branch

I signed a contract in November for an iPhone5. Ennes (the consultant) promised to order one of the remaining iPhone5's in stock and said he would contact me once it arrived. I was phoned 2 weeks later letting me know that the phone had arrived. Once I went to pick it up, there was an iPhone5s under my name and I was told to sign a new (more costly) contract because the iPhone5 was now considered out of stock. I spoke to the manager (Chad) who promised to have a word with Ennes, and was promised I would be phoned in the working week. I did not receive a phonecall. On contacting the branch I spoke to the manager, Hugo. As the person responsible for ordering, he had not seen an order for an iPhone5. He agreed to put an order in for me and promised I would receive my phone within 5 working days. 4 working days later, I was phoned by a lady at the branch who said my phone had arrived but it was black and not white. The following day I arrived at the branch only to find out that the phone waiting for me was the original iPhone5s and the branch manager (Hugo) was unsure as to where my order stood. Ennes was due to phone me today. He did not. I left a message to phone me. He did not
