Never had such PATHETIC service EVER - CANCEL Pls!

6 Weeks ago my mother applied for a new contract, and from day 1 stated that her daughter (me) would be using the Samsung Galaxy S3 for business but that she will be paying.

The phone took 3 weeks to deliver - WITHOUT SIM CARD. They "upgraded her" instead of giving a new contract. More than 20 calls later (holding for up to 10 minutes at a time, getting cut off, getting transferred to no one and phone is just dead)... Then at last they put my mother's SIM card number on my phone, and left HER without service for 2 days. Then cut me off again!

STILL NO HELP. Between my mom and I we have bought 6 new SIM cards, nothing has helped an no-one gets back to us. I phoned on Saturday just to be told "Their sales staff do not work on weekends but someone will phone me back first thing Monday morning". NO CALLBACK.

My mother phoned them on Tuesday, where-after she was promised they will "phone me right now"... NO Call Back. What the HECK is going on in this pathetic company??? I was a Call center manager for a large company for years and I say FIRE your customer service staff and / or manager.

WE WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED AND THE PHONE COLLECTED. 6 WEEKS - NO SERVICE, NO CONNECTION.
