Frustrated!!!

Hi I just dont know what to do!!! I did a upgrade on my phone contract. My husband is the contract holder and the first Nokia lumia 720 we got at Gateway MTN on the 15th June the morning of the 16th took it back because the speaker wasnt working. A few weeks later I took the phone in for repair to Richardsbay because the screen went blank. Waited for 3 weeks and nobody let me know the phone was repaired and ready for pick up. i went into the store to find out. Three weeks ago same story took the phone in this time I said it must be replaced enough is enough. On monday I phoned the business division Manager Belinda to complain. She sorted it out immediately and then Lindiwe of the Richards Bay branch phoned me and said I can come in and collect a new phone. I went there this morning on the 23rd of October and there is no stock of my phone. Why would they call me if there is no stock???
