I lost my phone and as a result had to SIM SWOP. I was called this morning by Cell C and informed that my line will be active in 2 hours. I have been calling every 2 hours since 10:44.
I am being told that the request is processing and that the swop has been done. One agent hung up on me and the one I am on the line with right now says it takes 24 hours. Do you mean to tell me that all these people work for the same company that teaches them similar work codes?
I need to use my line, someone please set things up such that I can use my phone.
