I upgraded my phone on the 11th of this month.
On the 17th I took my phone in to MTN V&A was advised that it needed to go for some upgrade the phone was 6 days old at the time. I am now sitting without a phone for nearly 2 weeks now.
I have had no feedback with regards to the phone. I am still liable to pay the full monthly subscription fee.
I have made numerous calls to the branch with no joy at all.
I was also told that because I took the phone from a franchise store I have to wait for the technicians. Had I known that it was going to be such a hassle to have the phone replaced I wouldn't have taken the phone from a franchise store.
Can I please have an indication as to when will I have a phone as it is not my fault that I was given a faulty phone.
