So as per my previous complaint, I've been without a phone now for 3 weeks tomorrow. Last week Friday I was told my phone would be replaced on Monday. I have phoned Daniel on Monday, no phone, Tuesday I was promised the courier would be there later, phoned later, still no phone. It is now Thursday, still no news. I have had no feedback from MTN at all during these 3 weeks. I have visited them 3 times and phoned even more. So either Daniel is lying to me, or someone isn't giving him the right information. Will someone please phone Daniel, have him contact me and tell me exactly when I am to expect my replacement Lumia 920?
