Where has my phone gone to?

On 10 April 2013, I phoned Autopage and requested an upgrade on my phone. I was due and also my current phone is in a very bad state. I have difficulty in using it. Kia was eager for me to upgarde and I upgarded to an iPhone 5. With delivery promised in a week's time. I left it to that and trusted that as previously, my phone would be ready and I would be happy with the service. The one week became two weeks, the two weeks became four weeks where I phone Autopage and get told by either Chris or Kia that it will be delivered the Wednesday or the Friday. And it doesn't happen.. Last week I received an SMS with the courier number and a reference nuber, I phoned CourierIt who told me taht the ref number doesn't even exist and when I confronted Chris with this information, he came out blatantly and told me they have no idea where my phone is. Kia took another route, she actually just put the phone in her drawer while I spoke to her.. So, now after 6 weeks, I have been upgraded according to MyAccount on Autopage website, I still don't have the phone - it shows my next upgrade is now due in 27 months. My bill has already been adjusted for the new phone. And still no phone.
