Service Not up to Standard

We have applied for an upgrade to our business-contract on the 19th August, and the upgrade was already due. The East Rand Mall Branch has closed down therefore we phoned the help centre to upgrade. All documents were sent through and then nothing happened. After numerous phonecalls and emails we were told on the 7th of November that it will be sorted out, to no avail. We still havent heard anything. We are very unhappy and we are thinking of cancelling our contract. We have always paid by debit order and have not missed any payments. The debit orders are still going off but we still dont have our upgrade. Not happy customers at all. :(
