I went to the East Rand Mall branch on Friday to upgrade my contract. I chose a phone. it was in stock. However i could not upgrade as a previous (cancelled) upgrade which had taken place a week previously had not been closed properly and was preventing the current upgrade transaction from taking place.
The attendant told me he would get the problem resolved on Saturday morning and call me to come in on Saturday and complete the transaction and collect the phone.
Its Monday morning and I have not heard a word from MTN!
