Virgin mobile???

I opened a virgin mobile contract in 2009 and my contract was 2 years old on 5 march 2011 and i could upgrade, at that time i wanted a blackberry and virgin could not supply, and after a lenghty battle and countless calls i finally could upgrade on 20 August 2011. now my contact is almoust 49 months old and i want to upgrade they tell you you have to wait untill 20 august again that means my contract 53 months old.

but you can upgrade now if you buy of the handset for R495, it was not my fault that Virgin could not supply blakberry at that time now i have to wait again.
I am in Balito and phone the call centre just to be told that there is only 2 stores in the whole of KZN.
I was at Gateway to go to the store to find out why only to find it has closed down. I want to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy tap P7300 for R300 pm with R100 airtime and 2Gb Data and when August comes i would have to settle for something else just because an error in supply from virgin caused my contrat to run past its 24 mounts before I upgraded..
as a consumer i want to know what is virgin doing for me? at this stage giving me a migrane and i feel that i will get a lot more from vodacom, cellc or mtn
