Upgrade / Renewal

I wanted to upgrade the contract I have for my son. I applied 15 April, and until now (24/07/2013) after numerous calls and E-mails, I still don't have a phone. The debit order is going off every month, so obviously I haven't skipped a payment.
I renewed my daughter and my contract with Vodacom on 15 April too, and we received our phones the next day!!
As we don't have a Virgin Mobile store in Rustenburg, I can't go in and sort this out. I am very upset and disappointed with the lack of customer service as well, as they told me 3 times the request has not been done, and the rude tone they use.
I am cancelling this contract and they better refund me for the months after the due date of upgrade that they took my money!
