CELL PHONE UPGRADE

I wanted to upgrade my cell phone contract. I phoned Virgin on 13 June and i was told that i would receive a phone call from the upgrade department and then an sms will follow and i will receive my new phone 5 to 7 working days. I phoned Virgin back on 21 June because i didnt hear from them. Told them that if i dont have answer about my upgrade by Monday, 24 June 13h00, i will be going to another network. I phoned them back on Monday, 24 June at 17h00 and still no luck with my upgrade. The consulant i spoke to said they havent had any feedback from the upgrade department and i said i want to cancel my contract. She put me through to the cancellations department and the phone just rang and rang. I think their customer service is shocking. They clearly dont want to keep any clients and want to go bankrupt.
