I receive a letter from vodacom dated the 15th April 2013, a final demand, i have never opened an account with vodacom, i receive calls from consultants (Oupa and kia) advising me i have to pay for an account i do not know anything about
i was told to make an affidavit stating i don't have an account, i faxed and still have not received any response, i have been unemployed for the past 14 years, how can vodacom open an account and how did they get my id number, i have not signed, neither did anyone contact me, .
i want proof that i open this account. If i do not recive feedback within 48 hours i will be opening up a case of against vodacom.
