have been using the Vodacom years, never had any problems but just recently when I load on airtime I immediately receive a sms from 270820099892
Stating that You have transferred airtime to "27793117192" and 27824266306 that does not even exist when I phone it gives an engage tone, On the 24 January I got an email confirming that my problem had been resolved identified as and my airtime had been refunded, the next morning when I woke up SAME THING!! it has been transferred to 27793117192 and 27824266306 I don't even know who these is numbers NOW PLEASE CAN I GET ASSISTANCE! BLOCK ALL TRANSFERS FROM THIS NUMBER PLEASE! I never transferred airtime in my life don't even know how to, but now I am continuously losing money ITS FRUSTRATING, what happens in a case when I am in a life threatening situation and need to get hold of my family... You tell me WHAT? where is the service for one of the leading cellular service providers SIES! you don't care about your customers.
