POOR POOR SERVICE

I called to upgrade 4 contracts and advise the consultant which phones I requested. Later the same afternoon the consultant called me back and advised that 0798992358 is only due for upgrade in Dec. I adviced him to change the hand set on 0798992356 which was a blue S3 mini to a Samsung Galaxy S4 white, he responded that he will do so. When the phones where delivered no Galaxy S4 and a blue S3 mini was delivered. I called the call centre and spoke to Hendrik who advise me that no such note was on the sytem but he will change and that we will receive the S4 within 5-7 working days. On the 6/11/13 I called the call centre to follow up and spoke to several people before I landed with Fikele who adviced me that no such note was made!! :(:( He promised me that this will be fixed and I will receive a sms whitin 48 hrs, ref no 53-T649M-MWKT53. I called the call centre yesterday 12/11/2013 to follow up again as I haven't received the sms, and spoke to several people and where given several numbers to call, until I lost it. I URGENTLY REQUEST THAT THIS MATTER IS DEALT WITH AND THAT YOU SPEAK TO MY PA ELSIE STEYN ON 0842078395 WHO HAS ALL THE DETAILS!!!
