Vodacom AGAIN

I have a contract that is due for upgrade. Decided to do it through the Vodacom upgrade call centre 082 178 44. Spoke to a gentelman and decided on a Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini and because the upgrade was done before noon I was promised next day delivery. Called today as I still have not recieved anything only to be informed that the quote was cancelled. My reference no is/was 7868142. I now see that the item is sold out? This is not on. Why must there always be issues and why must we resort to Hello Peter to get results? I spoke to a lady at Vodacom and she transferred me back to the call centre. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to hang up and rather go this route. I would still like the SIII and delivered by tommorrow...
