I upgraded my cell c contract in march 2013, i took a blackberry z10, the phone was working alright until the end of september, it started to switch off on its own whilst scrolling, i booked it in at cell c hatfield and they sent it to their repair centre, i kept on calling them to find out the latest, after 3 weeks i was told that they cant repair it, they sent me a new z10 on the 4th of november, i went to the store to collect, after setting it up i found that the speaker doesnt"t work, i had to take it back to the store the same day, they told me that they have to send it back to the repairs centre again, im still waiting to hear from them. my referance for repair center is CLC980381 and my cell number is 0848687742.
