No delivery of phone 2 weeks later!!!

I am currently extremely angry and disappointed with the poor, substandard and shoddy service (if any) I have received from Vodacom over the past 2 weeks.

I ordered an S4 Mini on 082 178 4400 on 16 Jan with Thato.By the end of the call (41 minutes later) my contract was approved & I was waiting for delivery.

I called Voda on 24 Jan (8 days later) to find out what the status is on my phone. MaMpho said my phone was issued for delivery the previous day (23 Jan) & that I should receive a call during the day for my delivery. I didn't receive any calls. I called again that afternoon to be told I should follow up on 27 Jan.

On 29 Jan I called again. I spoke to Mase. She said there was no stock on hand my and that I might receive my phone today - 30 Jan. 2 weeks & 6 calls later I still don't have my phone. I haven't received any follow up phonecall from anyone at Vodacom to ask whether I still want the phone and I haven't receive a consistent message from all of its consultants. Instead I had to call to find out my was issued to another customer and I need to wait for the next available phone to be issued to me
