After spending hours on the phone trying to arrange that I get the needed security clearance to act on behalf of my mother regarding her cellphone contract, I was met with the worst attitude ever by the agents I spoke to. Vodacom claims that an upgrade took place on a contract but weeks later still fails to provide me with the proof of this. as per the first agent, the contact had to be bought out as its still in contract, when I queried this, the second agent informed me the contract is on a month to month basis and no buy out is needed. I was promised a call within 2 working days, this was in October 2013. No call received. Left it for a week and followed up, just to be told a different story once again. again promises were made to contact me within 2 days, two weeks later, guess what? No call at all. This matter has been dragging along for way 2 long now and the service and attitude towards me makes me sick! I am a client of Vodacom myself and id rather bite my own foot off before I will ever sign another contract with this pathetic service granted to me! Vodacom has failed to provide me with any answers after trying to get it sorted for a month! I will be forced to consult the
