Absolutely Bad Service

I applied for a contract online for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, which Vodacom delivered as promised. However the colour was incorrect. When i informed them no consultant told me that they did not have the colour i requested. Then i decide to swap the handset for a Galaxy note 8 ".then a consultant or the person who initially sold me the contract was going to phone me which never happened.on the 20th of June 2013 i phoned again requesting assistance in this matter.a consultant then told me that my request has been escalated to the particular department.this never happened as i had to phone in everyday to find out whats happening to my swap deal.on the 28th a consultant promised me that she will short the matter out and that on Monday July st my problem will be shorted, however that never happened. Yesterday i spoke to another consultant whom proclaimed that he shorted the problem only to find that his college told me this morning that their system went offline yesterday so he could not complete the process. Now I'm back at sq one with this hole deal. I then spoke to one of the consultants this afternoon whom assisted me before however she was for the second time not verry helpfull.
