Vodocm does not communicate

On the 23rd of this month i upgraded and migrated certain of my Vodocom contracts. Everything went well and I admit that i made an error. I asked for a certain upgrade which i got within the five working days and on getting it i realised it was the wrong handset that i had ordered so as per the consumer policies i immediately called and said that it was the wrong handset and that i did not want the Samaung Galaxy S3 Mini Blue but the handset that i wanted and thought i was getting was the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom Smartphone. I was told that they could not do the change untill such time they have retrieved the original handset and sent that to the factory and once the factory had ascertained that the seals were still all intact that i could then proceed with the new order. I was told that they would send some one within two working days to retrieve the handset and I was immediately sent the following referance S3-T4L28-88YH8 by text. I called on Wednesday 30th to be told that if someone had not called by the31st to call back again. I called today the 31st just to be told by Porsha Benge that the systems were slow. Please can some one from vodocom call me as the 2 days are long overdue
