3 weeks ago I opened 2 contracts for the Samsung s4 mini. I was informed that I would receive the phones before the end of the week which did not happen. The next week I was told to come collect the phones as they had arrived. After driving there I was informed that both phones had been given to other customers. After this I was promised that the phones would be delivered to my house but a week later I am still waiting. I finally called to follow up and they informed me that they have phones, but not in white as I ordered. It has been over 3 weeks now and I have still not received the phones. I hope this gets sorted out ASAP otherwise I will have no choice but to go to another cell phone provider.
