On the 22/10/2013 I activated a new cellular account for an advertised special at MTN SP. The package was an MTN 100 @ R319. There was an error in loading the package and subsequenly, no airtime or data was loaded i.e. 300megs!! I have tried endlessly to correct this with the store in the ERM and MTN call centre ticket ref: 105676562 & 105759121. As the contract has not been corrected - and I see from their billing system that I will be billed for data (of which a prorata amount should have been given per the contract), connection charges (said to be free by the the store in the ERM) and subscription fee (said to be free by the the store in the ERM) I wish to invoke my legal right to cancel the contract on the basis of "breach of contract" by MTN SP.
