LTE activation

I upgrade to a LTE Samsung device. It was confirmed that the package will be activated at no additional cost to LTE. After 2 weeks I enquired, it was not updated yet, but the call center said it is now loaded, that was last week. I phoned back 2 days later since I did still not get LTE, "everything" seemed in order and should work, but hold on I will confirm with MTN, 15 min later I put the phone down. Since then I did not hear anything from them and still no LTE.
