Data Package Not Loaded As Per Contract

Upgraded cellphone & package on 27 Nov. New Contract R389 for 100 free minutes, 1G Data and?? SMS's. New month, was loaded with minutes & SMS's, but only 100MB data. On 4 Dec, logged call with Accounts Dept (Ref: 3120403417) to have correct data loaded. Consultant said this would be activated within 48 hours. It is now 7 days and nothing has been done. Phoned yesterday again, consultant said it has been sent through for loading. Received SMS from Cell C to say somebody would phone me back. I am still waiting. In the meantime my data has depleted and I am running up a bill. Current Usage is R16-39 with 1 hr 51 min left and 228 SMS left. I will refuse to pay the data bill when it comes due to the lack, yet again, on the competancy of Cell C. Your systems do not work and you are losing customers. And then still have the audacity to ask me to rate your service after a call. I want my data loaded TODAY, said the same thing yesterday too. Why can Cell C just NOT GET THINGS RIGHT? 2nd Hello Peter complaint in less than a month. Please just get this sorted out. I am keeping record of all these incidents as I am IRRITATED with Cell C for future reference.
