Upgraded my contract to the Anytime 200 package. Included is R200 airtime, 200MB data, 30Mins MTN to MTN calls, 30sms's to MTN numbers as well as 200SMS's for any network. I am only receiving R200 airtime and the 30sms's? I have however been paying R2 or something silly like that per MB for my data, because you DO NOT load my data and sms's onto my contract? This is a total breach which goes to the root of the contract! I therefore have the right to rescind the contract and claim damages - damages being ALL unnecessary airtime wasted on data which should have been loaded onto my contract in the first place! I want this sorted TODAY, I want the data loaded onto my contract as per what I have signed for, and I also want to be refunded ALL airtime I have wasted on data! The other alternative will be me rescinding the contract, and I WILL be claiming damages.
