I had a problem with MTN when i was due for an upgrade i encountered lot and lot of problem taking me pillar to post without getting solution. I'm a sita employee who is entitled to 20% discount as agreed in the contract but guess what cause i was told by Ian that it doesn't exist anymore and the phones were subsidised by the phone manufacturer because i asked him why is the premium higher than the one on the broucher in which anyone can walk to any retail store and apply for the contract.

I went to MTN Brooklyn on the 06/06/2013 to do an upgrade in which i went for the MTN 350 package for IPhone 5 which includes R350 airtime, 350 SMS, 500 MB and 60 Minutes free airtime nytime x24 Months.
To my surprice i got and sms after the upgrade has been loaded on the system stating i don't qualify for the free minutes and the data which was loaded was 150 MB which they said was a prorata which i disputed because i was suppose to get 250 as your billing period runs from 20th till 20th. I went to the store the folowing morning spoke to Else who could not answer me i asked to see the manager a certain lady came to me and said the contract was captured wrong on the system.
