I've had it with MTN in the Glen shopping centre. I upgraded my contract on the 13/10/2013 & till now it has not been loaded on their system. I phoned and went to the store where the manager Allison assured me that EVERYTHING will be loaded and I would get my prorata data for the 1st month and thereafter my 250MB within a couple of days. YET AGAIN I had to phone them because only my prorata (166MB) was given. When i phone the call centre they said they will credit my account. This is not what i signed for. First they told me when i had to go to the branch that the lady who loaded the contract will fix it 3 days later coz she was off. Spoke to the manager and she said it will be sorted out.
Today i got a sms stating the i received my 250MB data whereby i only received the 166MB prorata (13Oct-7Nov). to date. I haven't received the so called 250MB. I want ALL my airtime spent on data from 13Oct to date for the inconvenience caused, petrol up & down & my time wasted. I want my 250MB as agreed in the contract. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! What do i have to do to get this contract loaded & my airtime back & data loaded???
THIS IS SERVICE YET AGAIN!
