This is my second hello Peter posting. I have been in to store yet again and another sales consultant has logged a query saying my package on the back-end system is incorrect. When will someone get back to me? My package is re loaded on the 20th of every month this is around the corner I do NOT want to be loaded with the wrong package AGAIN. I upgraded to a
anytime 200 iPhone package inclusive of 200 airtime 200 SMS 350mb data 30 minute MTn to MTn. However I have been loaded with 25 SMS and 250mb data and I am still on top up not anytime. If this is not sorted out TODAY I will put a stop order on my debit order and I will take legal action because what MTn is doing is a breach of my signed contract with them.
