MTN Worcester Upgrades

15 nov went to store to do upgrade from top 200 to MTN anytime 100 with R100 airtime, 150 mb data, 25 sms' Contract ended June 2013, on month to month contract. Data was not loaded 20 nov. went to store, Lana advised that it was the system, codes not correct, when same promotion has been running for more than 3 months. Landa advised I must sign new contract or data will not be loaded & if they just load the data I will pay for it again. debit order 25 Nov I will pay for new contract amount. she also said MTN could cancel the upgrade, put me back on top up, then do the upgrade again 20 Dec. then I must wait for billing & then only request refund for extra charges. my husband also did ugrade there. also had extra charges, we e mailed, phoned MTN, went to STore and he never received an explanation for all the extra charges or got a refund. I know that if they change my package again now and then again in dec there will be charges and I wont get a refund either. and I am paying for 150mb data this month & haven't rec it. and paying for the data that has been used already since upgrade 15 novembe
