Rude, Arrogant and Abrupt

So I have not been able to pay my Vodacom account for the last two months due to unforeseen circumstances, Make payment arrangements with Vodacom of which wasn't recorded on their system - asked for copy of the recording and nothing, lines were locked, called the call centre again and made successful arrangements however Vodacom didn't attain the correct banking details for my debit order, lines are locked, now I cannot use internet banking to pay them, Ask if I can pay R1000 now cash and unlock my primary number to be bluntly told NO - YOU HAVENT PAID YOUR ACCOUNT GOOD FOR THE LAST 15 YEARS!!! WHAT YVONNE - WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR FACTS! further to this she sounds have dead on the phone and cannot pronounce arrangement correctly and says arrayment.
I demand a copy of the recording due to her lack of facts! Vodacom - Let your collections manager contact me and I will make arrangements with an intelligent individual whom can make decisions!
As I have said - I pay R1000 now and the balance on Friday, for a client of 15 odd years I feel I get treated like a criminal especially knowing that I have paid my account on time! VODACOM I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE.
